A client is defined as a person who has purchased a server with a proper panel and billing account. Notifications will be sent via email to the address associated with your account.

By continuing to use our services after receiving notice of such changes, you agree to the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using our services.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue or forum.

12. Eligibility and Age Requirements

EchoNodes services are intended for users who meet the minimum age requirements of:
