1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be available for certain services under the following conditions:
- Within 7 Days: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment for any hosting plan, provided the service has not been used extensively (e.g., excessive data transfers or server activity).
- Service Issues: If EchoNodes fails to deliver the purchased service due to technical issues on our end, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Non-Delivery: If a service is not provisioned within 48 hours of payment due to our error, you are eligible for a full refund.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Services used beyond the 7-day refund period.
- Domain registrations or renewals, as these are processed through third-party registrars.
- Add-on services (e.g., additional storage, backups) after activation.
- Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, including fraud or abuse.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Requests will be reviewed within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through our management panel. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of the paid period. No pro-rata refunds will be issued for partial periods unless covered under Section 1.

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform.
